Workshop Changes due to COVID - PLEASE READ
We have carried out a full risk assessment and can assure you that we will be operating in a Covid secure manner, whilst still maintaining all the fun aspects that you have come to expect from our workshops. We may need to limit our numbers on each workshop to adhere to COVID guidelines, so early booking is recommended.By signing up to our workshops you will be agreeing that your child will be filmed. This will enable us to put a private link on youtube so you will be able to watch the final performance should we not be able to perform live. This link will not be made public or be able to be found in a search. We would ask that you do not share this link with anyone outside your immediate family. We may also from time to time use any footage recorded for promotion of IGNITE Musical Theatre Workshops. In line with safeguarding procedures we guarantee that your children will not be referred to by full name during any filming. In the event of a local or national lockdown, or should government guidelines mean we cannot meet in person, we have put a contingency plan in place. Our workshops will go ahead on the same days and at the same times but will be moved online using Zoom. It will consist of a series of video meetings throughout the day at set times and backed up with a package of materials (script, music and DVD) which will be delivered to you prior to the day.Should you be unable to attend the workshop due to having to self-isolate we will do everything we can to re-sell your space for you. As a small business we are unable to guarantee refunds, especially at this time.
